1. How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from inside the KEPA app:
- Open the KEPA app.
- Go to Settings > Advance Setting > Delete Account.
- Select Delete and confirm.
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted as described below.
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your user account and login credentials
- Profile information (such as username, email)
- Study progress, bookmarks, and practice history linked to your account
3. Data That May Be Retained
- Technical logs (for security and troubleshooting) may be kept for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.
- Data required by law (if applicable, e.g., payment or transaction records) may be retained as legally necessary.
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics (not linked to your identity) may be retained to improve the service.
4. Additional Notes
Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be restored. You would need to register again to use KEPA.
